Buyers for your protection we recommend that you get a home inspection. Sellers you may also want to consider getting a home inspection prior to listing and selling your home. It will help you to know what concerns a buyer might have. Contact us for a list of possible inspection concerns that could arise in any home.

We at Village Real Estate always recommend that when purchasing a property you have an inspection done by a licensed property inspector.  This helps you to know the overall condition of the property even better. It can also bring to light possible unknown property defects that need to be addressed. Below is a list of some property inspectors in our area that you can research and choose from. These are inspectors that some of our clients have used before but we are not promoting or advising you to use them.  You can compare services, prices, etc. Ask about radon testing, lead paint testing, mold / mildew testing, meth testing. All of these could pose a problem to your health if present in a home. Ask what their basic service includes.
