If needed, they are passed along to the board to approve or deny, then we as the property management respond back to the homeowner for a follow up. That is all done online through the online portal that all homeowners have access to. There are no special assessments in place now.  The board has said that they are planning to do 2-4 roof replacements per year until they have been all completed.
