Hi I am Teresa Larson a real estate agent working in the Salt Lake City Utah and outer lying areas. I have been in real estate for over 30 years. I have seen the Wasatch Front population go from 1 million to almost 3 million! I work at Village Real Estate (formerly ERA Village Realtors). I have dealt with all aspects of the real estate business form helping manage a medium sized real estate company that belonged to a national franchise… to working in the field with buyer’s and seller’s.

I am an an agent who will analyze past sales in the area to keep your offer competitive. I do these analytics for Buyers and Sellers. I belong to the Residential Real Estate Council, RRC (formerly Certified Residential Specialists, CRS). I attend meetings regularly with my associations and affiliates learn what is actively going on in the business and also to share my buyer and seller real estate needs with other top professionals who belong to these groups. We help each other sell our listings and support our real estate endeavors and mental clarity. The meetings also include current market trends, training on sales techniques and important issues. I am also a member of the Salt Lake board of Realtors and Utah Real Estate.com (formerly the Wasatch Front MLS) that association has over 8,000 members. I belong to the Nation Association of Realtors also.
I am an insider who understands the current market. I have had lots of training in business, communications, sales techniques and personality types! I have always been interested in social studies and human behavior. All the training, studies and classes I have taken have enhanced my real estate career. They have helped me to fine tune how I can help people with their real estate needs. I have put a lot of time into real estate. Family, friends and clients are important to me. I have a good life and it is because of my family, friends and real estate career!
