Vann specializes in listing and selling residential homes, he has extensive experience in new home sales, existing home sales and commercial properties.  Property management is also a part of Vann’s business services.

Vann is a motorcycle enthusiast.  Riding since he was a teen! He supports the “Make a Wish Foundation” thru his fundraising efforts with the Salt Lake Motorcycle Club and the Polar Bear Ride. Vann’s service to the community and his fellow real estate associates will come in handy when he is negotiating for you.

Vann currently serves on the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Education Committee and the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Charity Committee.  He has served on the Professional Standards Committee and the Grievance Committees for the Utah Association of Realtors serving as chair on both. He volunteers regularly at the Granite education Foundation.  In 2025 he was an honoree at Utah Philanthropy Day. He received the Heart and Hands award, recognized for his work the Granite Education Foundation.   He received the “2010 Presidents Award” and the “2009 Realtor of the Year award” from the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. In receiving these honors, it was noted that he has superior work ethic and is an inspiration to those who work with him.  He served as President of the Utah ERA Brokers council for several years.

Vann currently belongs to the” Broker Network Group”  He’s a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, The Utah Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Vann has over 35 years industry experience.  He has an extensive array of real estate experiences and closed sales to draw from.  Real Estate is a people business. He can get the job done for you.
